Do you charge handling or processing fees?
We do not charge ANY handling or processing fees.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We DO ship to P.O. Boxes as all of our orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.
Do you ship to U.S. Military Addresses (APO/FPO)?
We ship to APO and FPO addresses via Priority Mail®. Please follow the guidelines listed below:
- City must be entered as: APO or FPO
- State must be entered as: AA, AE or AP
- Zip Code/Postal Code must be entered.
- Always enter a full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, enter your tracking number at the Track and Confirm webpage on the U.S. Postal Service website. Express Mail® and Global Express™ options include detailed tracking. Priority Mail® shipping includes Delivery Confirmation™ rather than detailed tracking information. If you did not receive your package but the tracking/delivery confirmation indicates that the package was delivered, call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information.
Will you ship my order to multiple addresses?
We cannot ship single orders to multiple addresses. In order to ship items to multiple addresses, place a separate order for each destination.
What happens if the recipient of my order refuses the shipment?
If an order is refused it will be returned to us. The order will be considered abandoned and a credit will not be issued for the order. The order will be resent if shipping costs are prepaid.
What happens if my order is deemed undeliverable?
If an order is deemed undeliverable, it will be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you at that time. Your order will be resent if a corrected address is provided and shipping costs are prepaid.
What shipping methods do you use?
There are two USPS shipping options for destinations within the U.S.
- Priority Mail® -normally 3-4 day delivery.
- Express Mail® -normally 1-2 day delivery.
All international orders sent to locations outside the U.S. will be shipped via Global Express™. Normal delivery is 5-14 days.
What are your shipping charges?
All shipping charges are based on the order total and the shipping method you choose. Add the corresponding shipping charge found in the table below to your order total. Shipping charges are based on average cost. We do not mark up shipping costs.

What is your policy for international orders?
The recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the recipient's country. If this order is refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier we will attempt to contact you at that time. Your order will be resent if a corrected address is provided and shipping costs are prepaid.
We will not refund taxes and duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses.

How are customs duties and import taxes handled for international shipments?
The recipient of the order is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the recipient's country. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by armygamegear.com. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure, so you know what to expect. How are returns handled?

Once a return has been authorized by a customer service representative and received by our warehouse, we will credit your account for the purchase price of the product, less shipping.
How much time do I have to return an item?
You may return unused items sold by armygamegear.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refunded unless an item is defective.
Will you accept C.O.D. deliveries?
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
How are refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. |
